Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
The book you received is damaged during delivery.
The book is defective or has printing errors.
You received a different title than what you ordered.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind or accidental purchases
Digital or downloadable products (eBooks, PDFs)
Books that show signs of use or wear
How to Request a Return?
To request a return, please contact us via email or WhatsApp:
Include your order number, a clear photo and a short description of the issue.
Return Shipping
For approved returns due to damage, defect, or wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost or arrange a pickup (for local orders within Sri Lanka). For international orders, return shipping may be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the issue. Please do not send any items back without prior approval.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved,
A full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Alternatively, we can offer a replacement copy of the same book if stock is available.
If the return is not approved, we will inform you with the reason for denial.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:
